Reservation and Cancellation Policy
PRICES
The prices are per apartment and night and do not include the local tourist tax. Adults 1,90€/night and children over 6 years 0,95€/night.
The apartments can be booked for single use or for the maximum number of persons indicated on our homepage, the price does not vary in any case.
Our prices include: VAT, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, internet access with your own internet device, use of our washing machine and dryer, parking, use of our garage/storage room for sports equipment.

Check – in not before 15.30
check – out until 10.00 a.m.
PETS – ONLY DOGS WELCOME
Dogs are welcome on request for a one-time extra charge of 50€,.
In case of damage to the inventory we take the liberty to contact your dog insurance.
Out of consideration for the other guests in the house, dogs must be kept on a leash in our garden. Dogs must not be left alone in the apartment unattended.

- reservation: The booking contract is concluded when the guest makes a reservation and this is confirmed by Schwangau Homes.
All booking confirmations are made by email, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required, by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
1a. Internet Bookings: The booking is confirmed by pressing the “Book Now” button, unless a correction is requested within the first 12 hours.
- payment: the second payment is made in cash, by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal upon arrival or before arrival. Any deviations from this procedure can only be approved by us personally in advance.
- cancellations: In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, 50,00 € will be charged. In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be charged, after that your deposit will be retained.
In case of cancellation 13 days or less before arrival, no-show or early departure during the vacation, NO refund will be due.
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any losses in the event of a no-show.
- Cancellation by Schwangau Homes: Schwangau Homes has the right to cancel reservations if payment is not made within 10 days, or in case of emergencies and/or natural disasters such as fire, floods, earthquakes, etc.
- check-in times are from 3:30 p.m. If you arrive after 7:30p.m., please contact us in time. If we do not receive any message before your arrival, we will take the liberty to re-rent the apartment from 22:00 of the arrival day.
- check-in and check-out days are part of your vacation.
- any damage caused to the apartment during your stay will be charged immediately.
- the use of common areas such as garden and parking is at your own risk.
- Schwangau Homes is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay, including the car.
- Schwangau Homes does NOT allow guests to: have open fires in or on the property with the exception of using the outdoor grill, we do not allow the use of electric blankets, the use of an iron is only allowed in the basement laundry room. Smoking is not allowed in the house at any time.
- on the day of departure the apartments must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The check-out must be done by 10.00 a.m., the keys must be left in the apartment on the table or put in the mailbox.
- these rules must be respected and followed at all times, we wish you a pleasant vacation.
Cancellation policy, summary:
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will be charged 50,00€.
For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained, thereafter your deposit.
Cancellations 13 days or less prior to arrival, no-shows or early departures during your vacation will NOT be refunded.
Corona Flexibility
In COVID 19 times flexibility is very important in our houses, it is in our interest to procure individual situations with individual solutions. If the above mentioned cancellation conditions do not apply anymore, we will approve your deposit as a credit for the future in one of our houses in case of a COVID 19 conditional change.
