Reservation and Cancellation Policy

With a deposit of 50% of your invoice, the apartment is confirmed and reserved for you. You will receive an email from us confirming the deposit and the reservation of the apartment of your choice. Please read our information carefully and contact us at  if you have any questions about your booking or if you wish to make any changes. Familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. The balance of the invoice including visitor’s tax must be paid in cash or via credit card on arrival. A bank transfer can also be made before arrival to pay the balance. We will gladly send you our bank details by email. In the high season we have a minimum stay of 6 days. Parents are not allowed to leave their children alone in the apartment. We take dogs upon request and need a valid copy of the dogs insurance per email before arrival, you will also be charged a HUNDE PLUS cleaning flat rate. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, so unforeseeable events can be solved in an uncomplicated way for both sides.


Cancellation policy

By booking you accept our Reservation and Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your booking 60 days before your arrival, we will refund your deposit or you can postpone your arrival to a later date within the year.

If you cancel your booking between 59 and 31 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit or you can postpone your arrival to a later date within the year.

If you cancel your booking 30 and 14 days before arrival you will receive 40% of your deposit back.

If you cancel 13 days before arrival, we will retain your deposit.

Reimbursement via PayPal is subject to PayPal regulations.

Any change to your reservation must be received by us by email less than 10 days prior to your arrival. Changes subject to availability.

If there is no possibility of rebooking, familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy.

30 days before your arrival, you can also shorten your stay without incurring any costs.

There is no refund for early departure, bad weather or other forces of nature.

Your deposit is valid for one year from the date of cancellation. Either you decide for one of our apartments in the different houses at a different time or you can transfer your credit to a third party with your written consent (instruction).


Affects any delays or cancellations. During your stay with us, we assume no liability whatsoever for illness, medical expenses or any personal items that are not in the hotel safe. As well as theft from unlocked apartments.


Please bare in mind that children and pets should not be left alone in the apartments at any time.
